Commonly asked questions. If you don't see the answer to your question please contact me here.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! I ship to all countries. Items shipped out of the US may take longer for delivery. The customer is responsible for any customs or taxes on the item.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: All of my items (except ornaments) are in stock and ship within 3 business days. After shipping, delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 business days in the US, and may occasionally take longer, due to delays by the US Postal Service. Ornaments are made to order and take 2 weeks to create and then ship.
Q: I saw something on Instagram, Facebook or at one of your shows, but I don't see it in the shop. Can you make it for me?
A: Yes, I can typically remake an item. Contact me here or email me at email@example.com and we can discuss.
Q: Will my item break in the mail?
I pack all my items well, with lots of light-weight packing materials, to ensure your pottery will arrive to you in one piece. In over 4,000 orders, I've only had two items break in the mail. If your item arrives broken, please contact me as soon as possible.
Q: Do you use eco friendly mailing materials?
A: I use 100% recycled cardboard boxes and eco-friendly starch packing peanuts (In some rare instants I may use regular packing peanuts). I reuse shipping supplies when possible, including air mailers. All of the packing items can be recycled or reused. I am exploring ways to eliminate bubble wrap and replace with recycled paper.
Q: Do you make all your items by hand?
A: Yes, all of my items are totally handmade by me. I don't use any pre-made molds to make my items.
Q: Is your pottery food safe?
A: Yes, all of my pottery is food-safe. I use high-fired clay. It is fired twice, with food-safe glaze added for the second firing. In addition, my mugs and tumblers are microwave and dishwasher safe.
