FAQs

Commonly asked questions. If you don't see the answer to your question please contact me here.

Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?

A: I am not accepting wholesale orders at this time.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Depending on the order, I may be able to create a custom order. Most custom orders I will accept are based on my current designs and colors. Unfortunately I don't have the time to create totally new custom products.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: At this time I am only shipping to the U.S. and Canada. The high cost of international shipping, combined with missing packages and unpaid customs fees has forced me to unfortunately stop shipping internationally.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: All of my items (except custom ornaments) are in stock and ship within 3 business days. After shipping, delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 business days in the U.S., and may occasionally take longer, due to delays by the US Postal Service. Orders to Canada may take 1-2 weeks or longer depending on the speed of their delivery services. Ornaments are made to order and take 2 weeks to create and then ship.

Q: Will my item break in the mail?

I pack all my items well, with lots of light-weight packing materials, to ensure your pottery will arrive to you in one piece. I've mailed over 10,000 orders, with a breakage rate of less than .01%. If your item arrives broken, please contact me as soon as possible.

Q: Do you use eco friendly mailing materials?

A: Yes! I use 100% recycled cardboard boxes, corrugated cardboard rolls, and kraft paper. On occasion I may reuse plastic packing supplies that have been sent to me. All of the packing items can be recycled or reused

Q: Do you make all your items by hand?

A: Yes, all of my items are totally handmade by me. I don't use any pre-made molds to make my items. My enamel pins have been designed by me and created off-site.

Q: Is your pottery food safe?

A: Yes, all of my pottery is food-safe. I use high-fired clay. It is fired twice, with food-safe glaze added for the second firing. In addition, my mugs and tumblers are microwave and dishwasher safe.
